Equipment Manufacturing industry speed up the Implementation of  the standards strategy

In the conference of the countrywide engineering industry standardization work held recently, Mr XiongBilin, Deputy Director General of the Industrial Department of The State Development and Reform Commission, has pointed out that the target and the emphasis of“ The Suggestion on fastening the revive of the equipment manufacturing industry ”made by State Council has high correlation with the standardization work. In order to carry out “The Suggestion”, the engineering industry standardization work should take the innovation mechanisms, breakthroughs, the whole hoisting and the complete system as the core task.
　　Mr XiongBilin has pointed out that during "11th Five Year Plan" the engineering industry standardization should promote the reform and improve the standardization work market mechanisms; speed up to change the condition of the standard extended service; strengthen the management so as to guarantee the standards developing and revising work go by order according to the plan; attach great importance to training and improve the quality and level of the standardization work; strengthen cooperation and combine the standardization work with the work of Professional Association,Quality Testing Institution and Certificate Authority; do best service and actively promote the standard implement as well as raise the Efficiency of the standardization work.
　　For the question about the innovation system of the engineering industry standardization, Mr XiongBilin has pointed out that the supporting mechanisms of the major projects should be built for the standards developing and revising work. and we should attach great importance to the constitution of the resources economy standards, increase the proportion of the energy efficiency standard of industrial equipment ,the standard of the sewage reclamation and the standard of saving material; strengthen the efforts of the standards developing and revising work so as to adopt the standards to the engineering equipment product and enhance the level of manufacture about engine parts.
