Instrument Installation and Automation of Gas Pipeline Branch Line Engineering

This pipeline adopts SCADA system to carry out centralized monitoring and data collection of the whole line. Currently there’re altogether three control centers. OAD monitoring terminals are set on the trunk line, branch line and operation district. SCADA system monitoring software utilizes renowned industrial control software and the controller utilizes famous-brand PLC. Optic fiber communication between the control center and individual station is set as the main communication channel and PSTN communication is set as the standby communication channel.

In this project, Telematic is responsible for the SCADA system design, system integration programming configuration, commissioning, putting into operation of all stations, valve rooms and control centers of the whole line, as well as the installation, commissioning and putting into operation of all automation instruments and meters.The following control functions are achieved accordingly:
