Crude oil pipeline and refined oil pipeline are two long-distance transportation pipelines laying in one ditch. All stations of this pipeline collect, monitor, control of the technological parameters and carry out flux calculation in their respective stations. Station-controlled system utilizes LAN structure, in which subordinate computer backs up two processors and top computer collects data, monitor and control the technical parameters of machine, pump, valve, tank and etc inside the station. Dispatching and control center could carry out the tasks of centralized monitoring, unified dispatching and administration management of the whole line. Computer monitoring and control center of the dispatching center completes the data collection and monitoring management of the whole line, processes, analyzes and files the data information transmitted from the station-controlled system of each station, and finally sends dispatching and control demand to each station.

Telematic undertook the tasks of system design, programming, commissioning, putting into operation of SCADA system, as well as the installation, commissioning and operati-on of the automation instruments and meters of this project.
