Some operation section of the oil & gas field company needs to construct the SCADA system for the automatic production. The construction includes 300 sets of oil-pumping machine controllers, 20 sets of three-phase metering controllers and 15 sets of water source well controllers. The automation design is required as follows: query the real-time production data via the Internet of the central control room. Therefore, the front-line control room is unattended and the operator could monitor and manage the production of the oil filed from the base central control room.
Data to be monitored and collected by SCADA system include:
Well Head Controller: oil temperature, oil pressure, load, displacement, three-phase current, three-phase voltage, electrical measurement parameter, start-stop status of oil-pumping machine, packing oil leakage check and controller door switch check.
Three-phase Metering Controller: inlet oil temperature, outlet oil temperature, pipeline oil pressure, metering fluid level height, water content rate, upper/lower fluid level status, flammable gas concentration, water jacket furnace fluid level, water jacket furnace temperature, flammable gas concentration between water jacket furnaces, high/low flame status, various valve status and etc.
Water Source Well Controller: pressure, temperature, flux, fluid level, three-phase voltage, three-phase current, electrical measurement parameter, start-stop status of oil-pumping machine, working status of water source well and etc.
